VibeTested is operated by Halo, LLC.

We collect the following information when you use VibeTested:

• Email address and password when you create an account.
• URL and screenshot of any page you submit for scanning.
• Daily scan count, to enforce the free-tier limit.
• Stripe customer ID and subscription status. We never store card numbers.

We do not read or store page content beyond the screenshot you explicitly trigger.

We do not collect browsing history or data from pages you visit outside a scan.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

We use your data to:

• Provide scan results and reports.
• Enforce the 10 scans/day free limit.
• Manage your Pro subscription via Stripe.
• Send transactional emails such as account or subscription notices.

Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) on AWS infrastructure in the United States.

All data in transit uses HTTPS.

Stripe handles payment data under PCI-DSS compliance.

Data is retained while your account is active.

Request deletion at any time by emailing jason@halo.ceo.

VibeTested relies on the following services, each with their own privacy policy:

• Supabase — database and authentication.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Anthropic Claude API — AI analysis of screenshots and scan results.
• Vercel — hosting and serving of vibetested.com.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.

Email jason@halo.ceo and we will respond within 30 days.

VibeTested is not directed at children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

Material changes will be communicated via the email address on your account.

Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
